Tonight I made some tasty Texas chili. The recipe is super easy! Texas chili doesn’t have beans in it, FYI. It is best served on top of some Fritos and topped with some Mexican or Cheddar shredded cheese. You will like it, I promise.

Ingredients:
-1 pound ground beef
-1 15 oz can tomato sauce
-2 cloves garlic, minced
-2 tbsp chili powder
-1 tbsp ground cumin
-1 tsp cayenne pepper

Directions:
1. Brown ground beef with garlic
2. Drain fat from beef
3. Add tomato sauce and spices
4. Simmer for 20 minutes to an hour, adding a bit of water if it gets too dry
5. Serve with Fritos and yummy shredded cheese
