Little Kid Dinner 2.0

So last night I made my first batch of chicken fingers (thanks again, PDubs for the recipe) and homemade macaroni and cheese. A Pete’s Fresh Market opened near our house yesterday–a veritable food wonderland–and so I procured some of those noodles that look like little frog heads, as well as about a pound each of australian white cheddar cheese and white american cheese. I probably used about a little over a pound of cheese total in the macaroni (1 pound of pasta) and it turned out FABULOUS. I’d give dinner two thumbs way up. Hubby seemed to enjoy it as well, and got to take leftovers to work. Here is a picture of this delicious dish:
